Experience in operating multirotor and fixed-wing drones preferred.

Operate drones safely in accordance with DGCA rules and regulations.

Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Administration, Commerce, or any recognized discipline from a recognized University
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in tender management, procurement.
Experience in handling Government, PSU, or e-Procurement tenders will be preferred
Experience in preparing technical and financial bids, comparative statements, and contract documentation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Prepare, draft, and process tender documents, bid invitations, Requests for Quotations (RFQ), Requests for Proposals (RFP), and related procurement documents.
Coordinate the complete tendering process from requirement collection to bid submission and contract finalization.
Upload and manage tenders on GeM, CPP Portal, Tamil Nadu Tender Portal, and other e-procurement platforms.
Ensure compliance with Government procurement rules, GFR guidelines, tender conditions, and organizational procurement policies.
Verify technical specifications, commercial eligibility documents, and vendor submissions.
Coordinate with user departments, finance, legal, and technical teams for tender preparation evaluation.

Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Science / Management or any discipline from a recognized University.
Preferably with a background in Aerospace, Aviation, Electronics, Mechanical, or similar fields.
Must have completed DGCA-recognized Remote Pilot Instructor course or familiar with RPTO procedures.
Knowledge of DGCA Civil Aviation Requirements (CAR) related to RPTO operations.
Minimum 2-3 years in aviation/drone industry or similar supervisory role.
Experience working with an RPTO or drone training setup preferred.
Strong coordination, administrative, and reporting skills.
Understanding of aviation safety protocols, documentation, and RPTO guidelines.
